New Amortization Reporting for Reservable AWS Services

To provide easier and more complete visibility into amortized costs on AWS, CloudHealth is consolidating four separate amortization reports into a single report. This is a new update for end customers of our partners.

The updated Amortization Cost Report reflects values for EC2 RI Amortization, RDS RI Amortization, ElastiCache RN Amortization, and Redshift RN Amortization. The report will include reservable AWS services and provides all-in-one visibility for:

• Amortized costs

• Recurring costs from the Cost History Report

• Cost reallocation rules

New AWS Regions Supported - ap-east-1 and me-south-1

We recently added support in the platform to detect which regions are disabled or enabled to spin up new resources for any of your AWS accounts. With this upgrade, the CloudHealth platform can now report on AWS assets deployed in the ap-east-1 (Hong Kong) and me-south-1 (Bahrain) regions and will be able to do the same for us-west-2-lax-1a (Los Angeles) local zone in the next couple of days.
