We have released a new feature to give you further control over the GCP Partner Billing engine. Now available on the Admin > Settings page, you can control if CloudHealth should filter out the following Tax SKUs through partner billing: A1A2-4711-B376 and 0475-20C2-940B. When enabled, this will only apply to the current month and will not impact historical months.

We have released a new way for channel customers to access their CloudHealth generated GCP Partner Billing Statements. Statements are now available through the user interface in the GCP module under Reports > Cost while in a channel customer tenant.

Last month, we announced a new way of grouping Kubernetes resources using Namespace Labels in Perspectives as a private beta. Today, we’re announcing the public beta of this feature. The benefits include:
The ability to group resources using Namespace Labels in addition to Pod labels and Namespaces
The ability to use these Perspectives in Kubernetes Usage, Kubernetes Allocation, and Cost History Reports
As part of this public beta, you will be required to deploy a new version of the CloudHealth Kubernetes Agent on your clusters or update your existing agent. For more information, please see this Help Center article.
We have enabled tag curation for AWS, Azure, and GCP as a private beta. Tag curation helps to report only those tag keys that are useful as selected by the customer, these tags can be enabled/disabled to maintain the hygiene with 1000s of tags in the system.
Through tag curation you can see:
The timestamp when tags were first discovered in the CloudHealth platform
Assets associated with the tag keys
If there are custom values associated with the tag keys
The number of distinct values associated with each of the tag, covering Perspectives, policies, and assets
Bulk enabling and disabling of tags
If you’re interested in participating in this private beta, please reach out to your CloudHealth Technical Account Manager to determine eligibility.

We’re pleased to announce the general availability of Tag Management for GCP. CloudHealth Tag Management reporting collects and maintains all the tag key values and provides valuable insights into tag usage in your environment. With this release, Tag Management now supports AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Learn more about this feature and get started with Tag Management today by navigating to Setup > Governance > Tag Management!
Azure EA Customers must update their Azure Service Principal Permissions to include enrollmentreader by April 15, 2022 to continue using CloudHealth’s amortization features. Please reach out to your CloudHealth Technical Account Manager if you need assistance. Note that this permission will be required for all future changes to CloudHealth’s Azure Data Pipeline.
CloudHealth has updated the Azure Amortized Cost pipeline to use the new Cost Management APIs. This means that the amortized cost values in your platform will now be an exact match to the amortized cost values in the Azure portal. Users who have updated their Service Principal permissions to include enrollmentreader will now see a new beta report for amortized costs. Starting mid-April 2022, the new amortized cost values will be present throughout the platform, including the Cost History Report and FlexReports.
CloudHealth now supports tag collection for Amazon Kinesis Firehose. You will now be able to view the tags associated with your Amazon Kinesis Firehose resources and create perspectives based on those tags. As a result, you will need to update your IAM policy to include firehose:ListTagsForDeliveryStream.
