FlexOrgs - Public Beta

We’ve heard repeatedly from customers that they need a better way to delegate access within CloudHealth and map reporting to the way their business is structured With the public beta release of FlexOrgs, you now have access to a powerful set of capabilities to enable more direct alignment between sources of truth within your enterprise (like identity systems, and Organizational trees) and your configuration of CloudHealth. With FlexOrgs you can:

  • Build hierarchical organizations up to 10 levels deep. Reflect the way your business is actually structured so you can more easily communicate and drive collaboration over familiar channels.

  • Create User Groups based on the rich information in your Identity Systems. Unlock the power of SSO and allow your group membership to automatically map users to the correct groups and permissions. Allow changes within your directory to automatically change permissions and access within CloudHealth.

  • Allow users to live in multiple organizations. With the addition of Role Documents and User Groups users can have different permissions in many organizations. This ability will empower the CCoE to delegate control of CloudHealth deeper into their organization and trust that their users have the right capabilities for the right data.

This is the first release of several that will allow administrators to delegate the full power of the CloudHealth platform to their users. All of this functionality is backed by powerful GraphQL APIs that will allow you to truly manage effectively at scale.

New Help Center User Interface

We’re excited to release a refreshed user interface for the CloudHealth Help Center to give you quick access to the content you need most. The new Help Center provides the following capabilities:

  • Filtering by the cloud provider of your choice, so you can quickly focus on the content that is most relevant to you

  • A revamped search engine to deliver more relevant search results quickly

  • A new GraphQL API section where you can learn about the Budgets API and the FlexOrgs API

The Help Center is still accessible at https://help.cloudhealthtech.com, as long as you are logged into the CloudHealth platform. We welcome your feedback on this new design.

Budget Configuration API

We’re pleased to announce our all-new Budget Configuration API. You are now able to leverage our GraphQL endpoint to create, update, and delete budgets programmatically. Visit the GraphQL API section of the Help Center to get started!
