In an upcoming release, Partners will be able to create partner billing rules using Amortized Cost for Azure Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) accounts. Prior to this, partners could only create billing rules on the total cost for Azure MCA agreements. Now, billing rules can be applied to both Total Cost and Amortized Cost.
If your organization needs to alert users that the data they are viewing is confidential or proprietary, admins may now set a privacy notice as part of the header. This header will be static and displayed across all web pages to all users. There is no text limit; however, the view will be truncated depending on the browser width of the user. If your organization has a mandate to include a full privacy disclosure message, please reach out to your account manager.

You can now view Enrollment Name and State for your Azure accounts in FlexOrgs! This is part of an ongoing effort to improve account management. Please reach out to your account manager if you would like to share feedback.

We have released a new action enabling you to take snapshots of your Google Compute Engine (GCE) disks. With this update, you can take snapshots of your compute disks when desired usage or configuration conditions are met (e.g., disk has been unattached for a length of time). To use this, you’ll need to add the compute.snapshots.create permission to your service account.
With the release of this action, we now have parity across AWS, Azure, and GCP for managing wasted compute resources. Multi-cloud policies can take snapshots of disks, delete disks, delete unattached volumes, and delete unused IP addresses.

In an upcoming release, customers will be able to convert currency on Azure amortized cost throughout the platform. This will apply in FlexReports, standard reports like the Amortized Cost report, and through billing rules.
In the next release, we will be adding the following new assets to the platform. These assets will have their own asset report, direct cost categorization, policies, and will be usable in perspectives.
Microsoft Azure:
Azure Machine Learning Compute Workspace
Azure Container Registry
Azure AVS Virtual Machine
Azure AVS Datastore
Azure AVC Cluster
Google Cloud Platform:
GCP BigTable Backup
Customers will receive the new Azure assets without taking any action. In order for GCP Big Table Backups to flow into the platform, customers must add the bigtable.backups.get and bigtable.backups.list permissions to their IAM policy.
