We are pleased to announce the general availability of Benchmark Pricing in the Data Center Migration Assessment. You will be able to opt-in to this feature by clicking on the banner that will appear on the dashboard or going to Setup > Admin > Pricing. Once enabled, it will set the Data Center module to use benchmark pricing, which is a standard price for Data Center Assets. Enabling this will also show a new report called the Cost Driver History Report which will give a break down of derived costs, known as Cost Drivers. This report will allow you to view costs for License, Facility, Storage, Server Hardware Cost, Network, Maintenance, Labor, and Additional Cost. These changes will make your data center visibility more granular and help you make better decisions.

Azure Marketplace charges will now be reflected in CloudHealth Cost History Report. You can drill down into Marketplace charges to better understand what exactly is driving costs. You will see price history for Azure Marketplace going back 13 months. Additionally, these charges will show up as indirect costs that you can allocate to the Perspective group of your choice.

Based on customer feedback, you can now limit the combination of your source reservations to those that expire in the same month. The benefit of this new option is that it will prevent the reservation term from being extended for any given reservation, which will help customers maintain the 1 year or 3 year terms of their reservations.
