The latest addition to our growing list of policy conditions this week includes cost, usage, and operational governance use cases for Azure SQL Database Server and App Service Plans: SQL Server Database:
Cost data: check for patterns for instance cost, network cost, storage cost, or total cost
Usage data: check for patterns in number of usage hours, number of databases
Check to see if encryption is enabled
Tagging governance (identify untagged Plans, Plans missing a particular tag, pattern matching on tags, etc.)
App Service Plans:
Unused (no App Services associated)
Tagging governance (identify untagged Plans, Plans missing a particular tag, pattern matching on tags, etc.)
Today we are announcing major security fixes and updates to the CloudHealth Kubernetes Collector Agent. Our recommendation is to always use the latest image as they include critical fixes and allow access to new capabilities. We introduced a Changelog that can be used to view minor updates made to the Agent on a regular cadence.
