Updates to AWS FSx File System Asset Type

CloudHealth has added a new column to the reports for AWS FSx File System, Throughput Capacity. This column is now available in asset reports in the classic experience, as well as, the new experience Asset Graph. 

Amazon FSx OnTap file systems are measured in megabytes per second (MBps). The addition of the Throughput Capacity column to CloudHealth enables customers who are using OnTap file systems to track the consumed throughput of individual FSx resources against its configured storage capacity.
