Partner Generated Billing now offers the capability to define how rules are applied to AWS accounts. We now allow the partner to select whether to apply a charge to all accounts within a bill, or at the consolidated billing level. This allows for more flexibility in defining the scope of the partner billing charge.

We recently updated our Data Center Migration Assessment to include support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Through this assessment, you can compare the costs of migrating your on-premises workloads to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform side by side.

As AWS continues to add tagging support for new assets, we want to make sure that our customers can benefit from granular and detailed cost allocation as soon as possible. To provide that, we are developing a more comprehensive approach for allocating costs for taggable AWS services that are currently marked as Indirect Costs in the CloudHealth Platform. We will be using the tags and resource ID in your Detailed Billing Report (DBR) to automatically allocate costs for these services to the appropriate Perspective groups. This will enable us to rapidly add support for new assets once they are introduced and become taggable.
Please enable all the tags in your DBR that you use for Perspectives. Learn more about activating user-defined cost allocation tags in this AWS Documentation article.
