We are pleased to report that we have agreed a 2 month extension with our current authentication provider to allow extra time for our customers and partners to update their Single Sign On (SSO) configuration (as previously announced on July 25, 2024). We realize that the previously announced migration window was too short for many of our customers and partners, and we very much appreciate the candid feedback we got from many of you.
CloudHealth has changed its authentication service provider to a new service provider, and plans to deactivate the existing service provider on October 31, 2024. Customers who use Single Sign-On must update their customer-specific settings in the CloudHealth platform before October 31, 2024 or they will lose access to the service. Should this happen, they should reach out to technical support to discuss options. Customers can open a technical support case through the support portal at https://support.broadcom.com/, reach out to their Technical Account Manager, or email cloudhealth.cs@broadcom.com.
The necessary steps to reconfigure SSO to use the new provider are outlined in this VMware Docs Page.
