We’re making an optimization in the coming weeks to our collection for BigQuery that should result in the daily CloudHealth queries scanning significantly less of the dataset than before. You will also see some of our queries no longer being run against your BigQuery dataset. No changes are required on your part as all reports will continue to be populated at the same interval.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has been discouraging the use of service accounts keys in P12 or PKCS 12 format. Because of this, we have decided to discontinue support for PKCS12 or P12 service account keys. If you have a GCP billing account or Project configured with a service account with P12 as the key type, you’ll need to re-configure the key on GCP with a JSON format key and upload the JSON private key to CloudHealth. This re-configuration needs to be completed by August 31, 2021. More information on creating a service account with JSON as the key format can be found in this Help Center article.
We have added Azure Marketplace costs in the 'Cost' measure for the Azure Enterprise Agreement dataset, beginning in August. To exclude Azure Marketplace costs in your FlexReports please refer to this Help Center FAQ. There are four new Marketplace cost related dimensions PlanName, PublisherName, Service, and SubRegion.
FlexReports also now support S3 Buckets as a delivery option in report subscription. You will need to grant new permissions in addition to existing permissions for the same. Learn how to configure the S3 Bucket for subscription in this Help Center article.
We have released the ability to specify if CloudHealth should use Subscription ID or Subscription Name when generating Interactive Reports. By going to Admin > Settings, you can update the setting so the next time reports are generated, CloudHealth will update all values for Subscription to be the specified setting. The default setting will continue to be Subscription Name. Please note, this change will apply for all saved reports in all organizations.
