Partners | SOC1 Compliance Support in Partner Billing – Coming Soon

For the last few months, we have been working with an auditor to achieve SOC1 compliance in the Tanzu CloudHealth partner billing engine. As of October 1, 2023, we have completed the preliminary work required to receive approval. We will undergo SOC1 Type 2 assessment and aim to have reports available next year!

Updates to Machine Learning powered Forecasting

Machine Learning powered Forecasting is currently in public beta. We have recently made the following updates to this public beta program:   

• GCP forecasting capability is now live in addition to AWS and Azure.  

• Perspective support is enabled, allowing for forecasting for Perspective groups. The filter function now has Perspective and Perspective Group filter available for selection.

• Categorized budgets are available for viewing, dependent on selected Perspective filter.  

• Summary widgets no longer have the comparison with budgets as it was causing some confusion. Improvements will be made in the design in the near future.  

• Row depicting the Total is available in export (but not in the data grid to avoid any lags). Improvements are in progress for this.
