New CloudHealth User Experience – Open Beta

We're pleased to announce a significant next step in CloudHealth’s evolution with the availability of the new CloudHealth user experience in Open Beta! Tailored to the needs of FinOps practitioners, The new user experience represents one of the most significant enhancements to CloudHealth in its history, purpose-built for multi-cloud use cases and to support an end-to-end FinOps practice. 

Built into the new experience to support these capabilities is Intelligent Assist, a large language model-enabled chatbot that allows users to gain insights about their clouds and services through natural language, such as granular custom reports or recommendations specific to their cloud usage. Intelligent Assist allows FinOps and allied personas to get the most out of CloudHealth, regardless of their experience operating multi-cloud environments or familiarity with FinOps. In fact, users can even ask Intelligent Assist for guidance on FinOps best practices or CloudHealth documentation.

The Open Beta includes a wealth of capabilities across visibility, reporting, optimization, and governance. A few highlights include:

  • Cloud Smart Summary,  concise summary of what is driving your cloud spend, why it changes over time, and Generative AI-assisted suggestions to optimize your costs

  • Optimization & Realized Savings dashboards, where you can view all optimization opportunities and savings results in a single place

  • Custom widgets and dashboards, robust personalization capabilities so you can align the platform to your own needs and interests

  • Unified reporting, which reduces the learning curve of creating custom and complex reports on an organizations cloud costs and usage

Customers can request access to the new experience today by completing this form. Access will be available to CloudHealth partners at a later date. Please note that in order to be onboarded to the Open Beta, you will need to make sure you are using FlexOrgs. If you need assistance with migrating from a classic org to a FlexOrg or are not sure if this applies to you, please contact your account team. We encourage anyone interested to still sign up for the Open Beta regardless of whether they meet this requirement.
