Recommendations for both DTU and vCore based databases
Cost and savings summaries
Customizable efficiency targets
Ability to drill down into each recommendation to view usage and see up to 3 alternative options
Documentation for Azure SQL DB Rightsizing will be added here.

We have an improvement coming soon for the AWS Cost History report to better handle assets which do not have a unique identifier within the cloud provider (e.g., RDS instances or S3 buckets).
Prior to this change, when a new resource is launched with the same name as a historical resource, CloudHealth regenerates any month where that historical asset existed. This has caused historical costs to allocate slightly differently at the perspective group level. With this upcoming improvement, we will leverage the creation time, so newly launched resources will only impact the open months.
