Administration Management

January 7, 2025

CloudHealth recommends adding the following Azure Best Practice Policies for Administration Management.

Step 1 of 3

Enrollment Monitoring

When your Azure enrollments are at a critical status, CloudHealth cannot collect Azure data and all reports and dashboards in CloudHealth are blank.

Example: Send an alert when Azure enrollments reach a critical status.

Sample Critical Enrollments Policy: This policy identifies when enrollments are at a status of critical and sends a notification to a user.

Step 2 of 3

Identify Expiring Enrollments

Azure enrollments expire after a set time period. Monitoring enrollment expiration allows you to take action on expiring enrollments and renew them if needed.

Example: Send an alert when Azure enrollments are nearing expiration.

Sample Critical Enrollments Policy: This policy identifies when enrollments are expiring in the next 30 days and sends a notification to a user.

Step 3 of 3

Service Principal Monitoring

When your Azure service principals are at a critical status, CloudHealth cannot collect Azure data and all reports and dashboards in CloudHealth are blank.

Example: Send an alert when Azure service principals reach a critical status.

Sample Critical Service Principals Policy: This policy identifies when service principals are at a status of critical and sends a notification to a user.
